**Q: Do I need to register before attending classes?**  
**A:** Registration is only required for our certificate programs as well as the [Ashtabula County](/content/index.php/ashtabula/index.html) [Hardware 4 Homes Program](/content/index.php/hardware-for-homes/index.html).

**Q: Are you located within the Job and Family Services Building?**

**Q: How often are classes?**  
**A:** We offer monthly classes. Topics and locations vary monthly. Please check our [schedule & locations page](/content/index.php/schedule/index.html) to see when and where we have programming near you!

**Q: Who qualifies for the [Hardware 4 Homes Program](/content/index.php/hardware-for-homes/index.html)?**  
**A:** Individuals (ages 18+) who successfully complete eight classes may graduate from the program.

**A:** Sadly, no. Our organization no longer assists with ACP benefits after the program was paused by the federal government.
